Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Buildr. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using Buildr (operated by Veltrix Systems Inc.), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Buildr is a business management application designed for contractors and field service businesses. The service includes lead management, AI-powered estimating, invoicing, job scheduling, expense tracking, and related tools.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@veltrix.systems if you suspect unauthorized access.
Buildr offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
Pro plan subscribers receive 100 AI calls per month for AI estimates, AI client replies, voice estimates, and photo estimates. Basic plan subscribers have access to AI-powered receipt capture only. AI Top-Up subscribers receive 50 additional AI calls. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with clients. Veltrix makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Buildr, including client information, estimates, invoices, and business data. By using the service, you grant Veltrix a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we recommend exporting your data regularly using the built-in CSV export features. Veltrix is not liable for data loss resulting from service interruptions, user error, or account termination.
You may cancel your account at any time from within the app or by contacting hello@veltrix.systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Buildr. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Buildr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific use.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Buildr shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or small claims court in Ottawa, Ontario, before any litigation may commence.
